PRICING:

⇒ Evaluation: $149.00 per horse - TAX not included.
     (TAXES will be calculated and collected on site due to the varying tax rates of each province or state).
⇒ Registering Multiple Horses: A one time total payment for all horses/evaluations may be submitted
     on the 1st form followed by non-payment registrations for the remaining horses.
⇒ Tree Adjustment: $125.00 (only on Schleese saddles and a few other brands - please inquire)
⇒ Re-Flocking: $140.00
⇒ Discounted Bundle Fee on Schleese saddles only: $345.00 for all three services.

Note: TAXES, Repairs & Adjustments are NOT included in the $149.00 evaluation charge.
          Please inquire about additional cost for repairs not listed above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be received by head office 7 business days before the start of the Saddle Fit Technician's (SFT's) travel departure date to your area. Therefore, please note the 7 day notification period may not necessarily be from the actual day of your scheduled appointment; it refers to the 7 days prior to the SFT's travel start date from head office. If we have not received your cancellation notice within this agreed upon timeframe, your credit card "Evaluation" charge of $149.00 is non-refundable.
