Saddlefit Technician
We are looking for dynamic, personable, career oriented individuals with horse knowledge and experience to join our team in a technical sales and service capacity. Potential candidates must be driven to succeed and possess the ability to develop technical skills.
The position involves intensive training to reach certification as a Schleese Saddlefit Technician, and offers the opportunity to travel across North America to visit clients for saddle delivery, assess saddle fit and to provide saddle solutions.
To be qualified for this position you must:
- be technically adept.
- have a results-driven and proactive sales persona, with an outgoing personality and strong desire to close opportunities and deliver the after-sale service.
- pay attention to detail; organizational skills and superior communication abilities are mandatory.
- possess a positive and excellent customer service attitude.
- be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- have strong arithmetic skills!
You will be:
- a knowledgeable and experienced rider with interest in furthering the success and physical performance of riders and their horses. Working knowledge of any of the disciplines of Dressage, Hunter/Jumper, and *Eventing would be an asset.
- prepared to work from Head Office in Holland Landing, Ontario, Canada
